Membership of the WSRA brings a range of excellent benefits:

There are no 'second class' members in our Association. Every member is assured of a warm welcome, whether or not they are able to help directly on the railway. By simply joining the WSRA, and renewing your subscription each year, you will be directly helping to ensure the continued operation and future prosperity of the railway. When you join the Association the choice is entirely yours - you can simply keep in touch with events on the line by reading the WSR Journal and visiting the line from time to time, or you can become actively involved with the WSRA's activities. Volunteers are a very vital part of the Railway, and our Volunteer Co-ordinator will be delighted to meet you if you would like to work on the line.

Young people also have the opportunity to become involved with the Association's Youth Section, Trackers .
