GENERAL INFORMATION

• ALL fares are all-inclusive return fares - i.e. inclusive of mince pies and seasonal refreshments for adults, and sweets and presents for the children.
• ALL trains are STEAM hauled.
• There are buffet and bar facilities on ALL trains.
• Our Santa Specials are very popular and seating capacity is limited, so you are strongly advised to BOOK EARLY to avoid disappointment.
• Please note that in the event of tickets not being used, the West Somerset Railway will only consider refunds if it is possible to resell the tickets. We regret that no other refunds will be considered.

HOW TO BOOK

You can book tickets on our Santa Specials in three ways:-

• By telephone, using your Credit Card. Please ring 01643 704996, 9am-4pm daily.
• By completing the Booking Form on our leaflet giving full details of our Santa Steam Specials. Please e-mail us if you would like us to send you a booking form in the post.
• In person at Minehead Station (9am-4pm, Monday-Friday).
