General Information

·	ALL fares are all-inclusive return fares, and cover travel, mince pies and seasonal refreshments for the adults, and sweets and presents for the children.
·	ALL trains are STEAM hauled.
·	There is a buffet coach on all our trains, serving a good range of high quality locally-produced hot and cold food, tea and coffee, and a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
·	Our Santa Specials are very popular and seating capacity is limited, so you are strongly advised to BOOK EARLY to avoid disappointment.
·	Where two or more families wish to travel together, it would assist us if you book your tickets in one name only so that we can seat you together.
·	All our trains our suitable for passengers with disabilities. Please let us know in advance if there is any way in which we could enhance your visit, and we shall do our best to make sure you have a wholly enjoyable visit. Access to trains is possible for passengers bringing wheelchairs – please let us know at the time of booking if you will be bringing one, and whether or not you are able to transfer from the wheelchair to a different seat once aboard.
·	Please note that in the event of tickets not being used, the West Somerset Railway will only consider refunds if it is possible to resell the tickets. We regret that no other refunds will be considered.

   giving full details of our Santa Steam Specials.

   booking form in the post.
 · In person at Minehead Station
   (9am-4pm, Monday-Friday).
