  • Membership is 12 months from date of subscription.
  • Membership records are maintained on a computer database.
  • In the event of the Company being wound up, the members liability will be £1.00.
  • Members who pay income tax at the basic rate can by filling out the gift aid form below increase their contribution to the Association by 28%. at no cost to themselves.

Notes:
  1. Please do not sign a Gift Aid Declaration if you do not pay any Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax
  2. Remember to notify the Association if you no longer pay any amount of Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax equal to the tax which will be reclaimed on your donations (currently 28p for each £1 you give as at July 2000)
  3. If you pay tax at the higher rate you can claim further tax relief in your Self Assessment tax return
  4. Donors are entitled to notify the Association of the cancellation of their declaration at any time
  5. Please notify the Association if you change your name or address while the declaration is still valid.
